All other goods: exchanges/store credit will be honored within 14 days of purchase. Purchases must be accompanied by proof of purchase and goods must be in original, unaltered condition.
Jewelry: We work with customers on a case-by-case basis for resizing and repairs. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of purchase, and we'll try to assist. Please note that while we work closely with the designers to determine if repairs can be made at minimal-to-zero cost to the customer, we cannot guarantee free repairs for any piece of jewelry purchased from Solare.
*Solare does not provide warranty on jewelry. Jewelry sold at a discounted price is sold as-is. Designer warranties are honored at the discretion of the designer and should be resolved with the designer. Resized rings are not covered under designer warranties and are not eligible for exchange.
Online exchanges must be authorized prior to shipping. Submit your return request to: email@example.com. Return shipping must be insured with tracking via USPS and is non-refundable.
Solare does not print receipts or store your credit card information. If you refuse a digital receipt, your item is not eligible for an exchange.
