Intimate wear, apothecary, sale items: sales final.
All other goods: exchanges/store credit will be honored within 14 days of purchase. Purchases must be accompanied by proof of purchase and goods must be in original, unaltered condition.
Jewelry: We work with customers on a case-by-case basis for resizing and repairs. Please email us at email@example.com with proof of purchase, and we'll try to assist. Please note that while we work closely with the designers to determine if repairs can be made at minimal-to-zero cost to the customer, we cannot guarantee free repairs for any piece of jewelry purchased from Solare. Solare does not provide warranty on jewelry. Jewelry sold at a discounted price is sold as-is. Designer warranties are honored at the discretion of the designer and should be resolved with the designer. Resized rings are not covered under designer warranties and are not eligible for exchange.
Online exchanges must be authorized prior to shipping. Submit your return request to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide an insured return shipping label for your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Solare does not print receipts or store your credit card information. If you refuse a digital receipt, your item is not eligible for an exchange.

Online orders are processed and shipped within two business days from when the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may not be processed until the following business day. Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the goods in your order and the method of shipping chosen to the destination address.
Solare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to your local carrier with the provided tracking number to remedy.
Damaged packages must be reported with photo proof within 24 hrs of delivery to determine if it falls within the carrier's insurance. Please note that this process can take up to 30 days to receive a resolution.
International shipping: Solare is not responsible for any incurred taxes or fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country.
Oklahoma City in-store pickup: Orders are processed within one business day and may be picked up during our regular hours of operation. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.
