Online orders are processed and shipped within two business days from when the order is placed. Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of your order and the method of shipping chosen to the destination address.
To help care for our earth, all orders are packed with recycled or reused materials.
Solare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to your local carrier with the provided tracking number to remedy. Damaged packages must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org with photo proof within 24 hrs of delivery to determine if it falls within the carrier's insurance. Please note that this process can take up to 30 days to resolve with the carrier.
International shipping: Solare is not responsible for any incurred taxes or fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country.
Oklahoma City in-store pickup: Orders are processed within one business day and may be picked up during our regular hours of operation. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.
We work with customers on a case-by-case basis for jewelry resizing and repairs. Please note that resized rings are not covered under designer warranties and are not eligible for exchange or return.
Jewelry sold at a discounted price is sold as-is and is not eligible for return.
Solare does not provide warranty on jewelry. Designer warranties are honored at the discretion of the designer and should be resolved with the designer.
