Orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days from when the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the goods in your order, the method of shipping chosen to the destination address.
Solare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to your local post office or UPS with the provided tracking number to remedy.
Damaged packages must be reported with photo proof within 24 hrs of delivery so we can sort with the carrier.
International shipping: Solare is not responsible for any incurred taxes or fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country.
Oklahoma City in-store pickup: Orders are processed within one business day and may be picked up during our regular hours of operation. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.
