SHIPPING
We ship to the US, Canada, and most international countries. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from our Oklahoma City studio once a week, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your orders weight and the destination address. Additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact hello@solare-shop.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued.
 
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
All orders are packed with care and insured for the value of your purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at hello@solare-shop.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 24 hours of receiving for further assistance.
 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges. Damaged packages must be reported to hello@solare-shop.com with photo proof within 24 hours of delivery to determine if it falls within the carriers insurance.
