Yes, we gladly ship all over the world. We are not responsible for any incurred taxes or fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country.
All Solare shipments are packed with care and insured for the value of your purchase.
Damaged packages must be reported to email@example.com with photo proof within 24hrs of delivery to determine if it falls within the carriers insurance.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to your local carrier with the provided tracking number to remedy.
Please note that both of these processes can take up to 30 days to resolve with the carrier.
In-store pickup orders are processed within 2-3 business days and may be picked up during our regular hours of operation. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of your order, as well as the method of shipping chosen to the destination address. To help care for our earth and save on shipping costs, all orders are packed with recycled or reused materials.
All sales are final on apothecary (soap, hair product, oil, fragrance, body brushes) and sale or promotional items. Jewelry that has been sold at a discounted price or resized after purchase is not eligible for exchange.
We gladly offer exchange/store credit on all other goods within 14 days of receipt.
Returns must be accompanied by your receipt and must be in original, unaltered condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions.
Online exchanges can be made if they meet the requirements above - submit your exchange request to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide an insured shipping label for your return. All shipping charges are non-refundable - the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange total. Once your original order has been processed and approved, we will issue you a credit for the amount.
Yes! We work with customers on a case-by-case basis for jewelry resizing and repairs.
Please note that once your ring is resized, it is no longer covered under the designer warranty and is not eligible for exchange.
Solare does not provide warranty on jewelry. Many of our designers provide their own warranty on their pieces, however and should be researched before purchase to determine if it falls within your needs. Designer warranties are honored at the discretion of the designer and should be resolved with the designer.
We work very closely with our designers and in most cases, can custom order any size in any ring we offer. If desired, we can also replace the stones with different stones (grey diamond, white diamond - a diamond of your own) and substitute sterling silver for gold, etc.
The custom ring size and design process can take up to 8 weeks and requires a 75% deposit.
